The ultimate in flexibility and expandability, the revolutionary Modular SiteStar series allows you to adapt a vehicle for your specific needs in the field. Plus, interchangeable modules make it easy to expand your vehicle as those needs change. Multiple body sections are assembled into a combined configuration, giving you selection and variability to customize your vehicle.
Six design configurations are available for the modular vehicle. Each includes a 14-foot open base designed for truck chassis with GVWs of 19,500 and up.

Enclosed SiteStar
Reliability In Harsh Conditions
The enclosed SiteStar mobile lubrication vehicle is a great choice for use in extreme conditions. The enclosed configuration efficiently guards the vehicle and operator from outside elements.
240-volt electric heater can be installed as a heat source when engine is off. Removable side panels offer easy access for maintenance or repair. Truck body can be lined with bright galvanized steel and insulated to allow heating for additional protection against extreme cold climates. A hot water or diesel-fired heater can be added to the vehicle to help ensure optimal product flow in colder conditions. The enclosed storage area of the truck offers quick and easy access to tools, filters, and other supplies. A raised grip strut walkway protects all hydraulic hoses and provides for secure footing.
Compact SiteStar
High-End Features, Smaller Package
Designed to service smaller fleets, the IMT compact SiteStar is a rugged workhorse that packs maximum performance in a maneuverable size.
Compact size provides greater maneuverability while still offering the same rugged features of larger SiteStar units. Reduced-volume tanks are scaled to better fit the needs of a smaller fleet. The Compact SiteStar is built to keep you working even in the most challenging conditions. SiteStar's hydraulic dispensing system is also a standard feature.
SiteStar Fuel Trucks
Designed To Match Your On-Site Needs
Because no two operations are exact matches, IMT offers a range of products to help meet your work-site needs. A variety of packages help ensure that you have a system matched to your unique application.
Fluid capacities range from 1500 gal (5678 L) to 5000 gal (18,927 L). Body mounting system of 3/8" shear plate spring-loaded tie-downs allows the body and chassis to flex independently while the vehicle is in motion. Rubber-mounted tanks with spring-loaded shear plate tie-downs make off-road operations worry-free. The standard high-flow pump offers optimum fuel delivery. The optional low-flow pump is designed for spill-free fueling of smaller equipment.
SiteStar Series
Features To Help You In The Field
IMT mobile lubrication vehicles are designed to match your on-site needs and feature quiet operation and variable flow. IMT hydraulic dispensing systems operate from transmission-mounted PTOs to help boost productivity and efficiency. Unlike air-operated systems, IMT's hydraulic-driven systems eliminate the chance for freeze-up - even in extreme climates.
Full-width rear service comtment allows easy access to entire reel comtment. Comtment is designed to house the entire dispensing system in a well-lit environment. Self-storing roll-up door, with weather seals and a drip eave, protects equipment from the elements and allows close service positioning. Comtment floor is sloped so drip oil is routed to the combination bumper and drain pan. Uniquely designed heavy-duty bumper doubles as a special fluid containment reservoir.
Heavy-duty hose reels are spring-retractable. Heavy-gauge steel frame and dual support arms mean dependability job after job.
Steel product tanks are mounted on rails incorporated into the body. The tanks are mounted on the rails by utilizing a spring system that allows the body and tanks to flex independently while the vehicle is in motion. Product tanks are constructed of steel, formed and welded, with a lockable 2" vented fill cap. The formed bottom plate creates seams where it joins with the side panels and includes a 1" bottom drain. Site gauges are standard.
Interior baffles distribute the stress of fluctuating payloads evenly for improved vehicle stability and handling.
Product tank options include oil, oil salvage, antifreeze, antifreeze salvage, diesel, high-power wash and grease.
Underbody tool boxes are constructed of galvannealed steel with stainless steel hinges, reinforcements and automotive bulb-type weatherstripping for sealing the doors.
Steel oil filter drain box incorporates a self-contained reservoir for the environmentally sound removal and storage of old oil and oil filters.
IMT Diamond Air™ air compressors are available in two high-performance versions to better meet your expectations: a conventional, reciprocating model and a highly advanced rotary screw model.
Rotary screw model works continuously, delivering air on demand. It is excellent for heavy-duty use and is conveniently located and accessible for maintenance.
Reciprocating model provides dependable long-lasting value.
The complete system includes an automotive-type sealed and weatherproof wiring harness, LED lights for each circuit, and a completely enclosed chemical- and temperatureresistant box to house all switches.
Operating controls are designed to make operation and identification of components easier in all conditions. Housed in a weather-resistant box, the controls feature circuit protection and clearly labeled, lighted rocker switches.
